I know the rv point has been called at the campsite but its only a small campsite and its going to be a bank holiday weekend I don't know how much they are going to appreciate a load of cans and bikes that aren't staying there turning up.
maybe we need to form up in the CP behind the sports centre or in the little cp at the bottom of the cwmystwyth road

Fergus has withdrawn today due to a broken foot..... :shock: :shock:

but Mike and Tony are back again this year.

Bazz has - I'm told by Tony - withdrawn as well as he went to the Isle of Man last week and if he goes out again divodce is immenent....

I've ordered T-shirts based upon the number we had going two weeks ago. let's hope that others are more reliable....

I appreciate the point that you’re making but it’s probably not a great idea to introduce the possibility of an alternative RV so late in the day.

I’m travelling up from just outside London and, unless one of the event organizers posts a DEFINITIVE statement that there will be a different RV, I’ll be at the designated campsite RV at 09.00hrs on Friday on my FE570 (erm, a blue one …).

I've parked there several times and never had any issues.

Don't think there will be too much problem with a couple of bikes coming down to the campsite to meet up.
Well the blue and yellow ones anyway. Think orange stuff has got to be left outside

As some of you may know, I sell the best value chains on eBay and use them on my own bike. I've thrown a few in the motor if anybody want to collect on Friday.

520 120 link HD X-rings (38kN tensile strength):

- nickel plate £30
- blue finish £35

I also have same in orange but won't pack unless someone asks here.

I'm only in Rhayader Thursday evening + the Friday ride.

If nobody wants one, no problem. If I've broken forum rules by posting this, then a Mod should delete.

Eddie lead the way over 123 miles of some of the finest trails in mid-Wales with 8 of us in the group.

Unfortunately I could only ride today, but if others riding over the next two days get half as good as we got today, then you're in for a treat!

I'll post up a few pictures in due course.

my 65 mile Saturday ride turned in 85 with only about 20 on Tarmac me, ******, taffy, anders and Peter.
taffy bailed at 1/3 distance with bike issues. ****** soldiered around and the flying swedes; anders and Peter enjoyed themselves.

longer day tomorrow but easier trails.

Taffy,
I hope you boys are having a blast out there this weekend. My parents lived in Builth Wells for a long time and I spent many a day on my visits from the US thinking how fun it would be to ride that area. Good on ya mate.

What a great weekend.
Numbers were down on last year but hey ho.
I had 3 days of slippy rocky and muddy trails and Cypher had laid on a feast in the forests for 2 days
