hmm. well, you can probably count me in. i may be running the napa marathon mar 4 with the new girlfriend if she can tolerate me that long. so depending on which weekend got chosen (i didn't read the whole damn thing) that's about the only problem i might have.
edit: just read the start of the thread, so the date is good for me.

i could probably provide some gps info to folks that use nat'l geographic Topo!, (or backroads explorer, which is cheaper but only has the 1:100k maps) but it doesn't play very well with other mapping packages w/o alot of trouble. my preference would be to hook up with 1 or 2 individuals that were willing to lead rides (and that own gps units) that are not full-on death marches and make sure they had maps and gps info to do something fun.

btw, i have found a crapload of bitchin riding there since the last force ride.

hopefully this time it'll take me less than a year to lose the silly canadian accent.

Hey Taffy! You can put me on the list of attendees. I want to make sure I disappoint you in person! lol.

aaah great velo's in. all i need now is brendan to say 'i' and i can really be sick!

i haven't been paying much attention. is there some kinda weird rivalry between all the people that threw motorcycles off of cliffs in moab last time?

It is just Taffy's brain contusion speaking, suffered from throwing himself off the cliff along with bike. Any normal person would of thought that Taffy's skull would be by far the least vulnerable part of his body. Go figure. :D

just booked mine as well. same price £349.

dez i'm a commin!

velo - don't worry mate, i'm not sore at my cliff top crash. honestly...

Ok, looks like I can't miss this, I will see you guys there and I will bring an extra Husaberg and a nice DRZ 250 Suzuki and if need be the VOR. Also my friends with their Husabergs.

Oh yea, we will be leaving on the 7th from So. California Corona area if some one needs a ride. Can hardly wait!

Jeff

And for Bobzilla, I'll bring a case of Corona beer. To clarify my position, don't think I'm Coronaberg because I like to drink Coronas. I live in Corona, CA...do NOT like Corona beer. Give me some Pacifico, Dos XX, Fosters or Heinis and I'll be happy! I'm bringing a BIG cooler full of beer to share especially with Bob since I kept stealing his on the last ride.

You have made Bobzilla even happier than he already was.

Extra bikes will be very much appreciated as there will be at least 6 riders flying in from afar.

Anyone with extra bikes is encouraged to bring them (try to let me know how many).
We'll try to be sure that Taffy gets one that he can't hurt too badly..Just kiddin' Taffy, but there are lots of cliffs out there and........

jeff

don't leave it 15 months again between posts ya hear!

you're still my man from moab '05. you had a tremendous ride fella, aided by those long legs and a short seat.

will be good to catch up widya!

regards

Taffy

Well, I would sincerely love to join you all out there, but since I will be on my honeymoon during those dates, I think you might say I'm slightly pre-disposed

Oh well, maybe next time....

Simon

Me too i'm gagging to get out there but as i told Taffy earlier a slight... errrm.... problem with the old visa
who says mistakes dont come back and bite ya? Hope you guys have a fantastic time.

tickets came thru the door this morning.
now 6 months of dieting and exercise might just get me ready for the weekends riding.

then again...........

dieting! you seen the size of half the group! they'll be nicknaming ya 'slim' after a day. as said cypher, there's a skill level for everyone and it's not tight stuff. very open so you shouldn't be too stressed.

regards

taffy

sounds great, thanks for the invite, maybe next time, got Hawaii plans with the GF then. How's the weather in moab in early march, chance of snow that time of year?
