look at the date of the thread ned. it's mushroomed.
i tried to get this going earlier in the summer but it was too soon.
BTW, nick has kindly tried hards to get flights from the USA end but they were more expensive than the bid i have. i'm due a tax rebate this week and i know where the money is going.
get the flight paid and the rest is peaunuts.
i'm 100% on las vegas direct.

taffy, don't understand what you mean in the first paragrah about 3363 and 317.
also whats the difference between the two flights, i mean what makes one 380 and one 400, cant see it myself.
anyway will keep any eye on the thread and once eveything is %100 confirmed will book the flight.

so yes you can get a return for £363 instead of the £380 but for £17 i'm not stopping over.
best £17 you can spend.

can json or someone start a list of names and a cloumn for where you intend to stay (cabin, tent, RV, hotel), what bikes you'll bring, how many days you would like to stay for and out of the three - your level of ability.

There are 12 cabins I think. I was planing on trying to book them all. Price should be around $40 USD a night per cabin. Cheap enough, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. Cabins are basically 10X10 with beds and heat. Showers and restrooms are in separate buildings. You can have a look at the last pictures from Moab when the gallery comes back up.
If we can get a better head count I may try to call the owner before November try to negotiate reservations earlier.

they generally only go up in price all the way to the day. i don't follow it that closely but it's the technique that's proven for the airliners to make a profit.
hribman, are you coming to england to catch your flight or are you going direct from germany?
may be able to put you up if you fly in. one of us comes from near gatwick and i come from near stansted.

Tuts is officially going. He and I will drive up on Wednesday so that we can begin riding on Thursday. Taffy, hribman, kez, and cypher will ride up with us in 2 vehicles.
If more than that show up I'll take a 12 passenger van.

if i may say so i think we need to put our names down for the cabins and agree to berger booking the lot.
ken i'm sure he'd take a booking before then if he knew how important it was. also group discount fella?
also last time some came for the first two days (rare) or three ((lots) or even fri/sat (lots) but sunday night was absolutely dead last time with only 'john' (bob's ol mate staying on for that night.
lots got sundays ride in but got clean away by 4pm.
so i can say that there will be a need to book the cabins.
as a euro, our problem is that from this end we can't do anything except book the flight and get our documents in order.
so can we make a list for the cabins please?
