I know Rick invested and risked his own money not to mention his time driving the loan of a bike the list goes on and on. I would think Husaberg and Clarke know this and would not risk legal action due to infringement. I do not know the verbiage of their contract but one would think Rick has protected himself.

If you have sole rights to this tank how can Clarke sell it to my dealer and/or list it on their website. The dealers list price in the catalog and Clarkes website both list it under $200. Can you clear this up for me??
