Hi everyone I've got a fe450 it's developed a electric start issue, when it starts to turn over the motor then just spins the starter, when you kick start it have it run for only 2 minutes switch it off it does start on the button but not reliable could this be the one way bearing ?

It looks like you have a 2004 model, not an '03. Building on what Taffy said, it could be the sprag (one-way bearing). Ensure you are using the correct oil for motorcycles, as the wrong oil could cause the sprag to slip. The torque limiter could also be suspect. Search this site and read up on them. Make sure the valves are adjusted correctly, as this can influence the effect of the autodecompression (ADC) device. The ADC device could be worn. However, the first things I would check are the ADC spring, as they tend to lose tension and can become unseated, and your oil.
