has anyone got any confirmed details of what the new 2008 models will be like at all ?

It will be like the 07 Berg.
In fact it will be exactly the same! (who knows?)

There is no data available in the US at this time. I just asked a very good source and that is what was said yesterday.
 
fuel injection is on it way on the jap bikes ....

as for the mighty berg , don't hold your breath .

At least in the USA , the Japanese bikes will be carbed still in '08. at least that is what the mags are saying. Looks like '09 will be the first year for FI on the Japanese stuff.
 
Who has dirt bikes with EFI currently? Sherco, GasGas and who else? The only one I saw was a GasGas, our dear friend Splat's, and he had to bump start it...

Changes for 2008 are made official today in a newsletter for the swedish (entire world?) retailers.

I have some of the info and will present it asap. No major changes though :cry:

Front Fork: Updated suspension settings

Shock absorber: Updated settings

Front Wheel: Black Rims and machined hub on all Enduro models

Rear Wheel: Black Rims and machined hub on all Enduro models

Wave Brake Disc: New wave brake disc (front and rear) on all Enduro models

Fuel Tank: New small 7,5 liter fuel tank on all European Enduro models

Front Axle: integrated screw to take out the axle easier, special crown (DURNICODE) - no oxidise and no galling

CDI-Box: New programmed ignition curve for all Enduro models for improved traction and control.

Oil Plug: CNC machined, anodized blue

Handbrake cylinder Cover: CNC machined, anodized blue on all Enduro models

Hydraulic Clutch Cover: CNC machined, anodized blue

Cover for Supermoto Brake reservoir: CNC machined, anodised blue on all Supermoto models

Stickers & Decals: This years Supermoto has received a more dark appearance that emphasizes the feeling of the well known strong and light Husaberg Supermotos. The Enduro models have a sharper appearance with more distinguished lines in the graphics in combination with exclusive details. This is a pure racer.
