toasted 570,, thinking of converting to 450

long story short,, have a 570 with a crack in the cylinder that goes into the water jacket. its toast. motor is out, I'm doing all the work with a buddy so we just need parts.

570 cylinder seems very hard to find.

450 cylinders are available and pistons. the head is the same.

Question. the cranks have different oem numbers. wondering if thats due to the connecting rod length or is there more to it (like weight)?

question: do I need to reflash the ETI for 450 fuel mapping?

anything else I should know about this project?

thanks!

long story short.
Things that differ:
Crankshaft (different strokes),piston, cylinder, head gasket(95mm is needed ,570cc is 100mm),camshaft,timing chain
