So after having my big 570 berg for a while and getting annoyed with how to change the rotary map switch settings i thought surely i could make something simple and effective.
So after digging around my workshop and the electronics store i came up with the following.
It was quite inexpensive considering the cost of the trailtech switch here in aus.
Anyway i'll see how well it lasts.

Nice!
What is the electrical schema of it? Might fit into a CEV switch too, which might look equally good.

Well i did get the wiring diagram from a post on the site somewwhere but couldnt find the thread so i attached a copy of what i used.
i went with option A

Well done Gibbo. Simple effective solution to a disgustingly overpriced Trailtech switch and a pathetic rotary KTM switch.

Well i went and got a 3d printer and after about a year of messing about i ended up doing a remake of my map switch.
Its the same switch and wiring as above but in a much better housing.
I've made a small batch and sold a few on Facebook and thought i'd re-appear here and see if any one might want one as well.
3D printed body can be made in Black, Blue, White, Yellow, Grey, Green, Orange and Purple.

If there is some interest i can post up more details and take it from there.

Hello! Are you still willing/ wanting to sell a map switch.

I bought the Bauer switch, but was $70 USD!

How much are you selling for?

Hi mate,
I've been out of action for a bit being busy with work.
I'm actually in the process of making a batch of 10 and probably going to make an Ebay listing for them
I sold the 1st batch at $60 AUD with shipping anywhere in Australia. I dont know what post to the US would be
