Hi all.I have a fe570 2010 model with 55hrs 2300ks, a couple of times i have bumped the gear lever when riding and it has half shifted gear it makes a bit of a crunch noise and goes into the next gear this has only happend 2times because of bumping the lever and once i didnt shift it properly...

Hey there guys, just putting together my 04 550 engine and am finding netural between 3 and 4 gear. Cant understand or find out in the workshop manual which way the shift drum should sit or which way the positioning star should sit on the shift drum...

Since my engine rebuild I am missing the 6th gear of my gearbox. Is it mandatory to split my engine or is it possible my gearbox 'star' is wrong on the shift drum? My gear sequence is correct 1-0-2-3-4-5, but no six (it ís a 6 speed gearbox) Top speed is now ~140 km/h with 16-42
