I raced MRAN southern Nevada desert races for years, and I'd like to say that my name came from leaving my competitors in the 'dust'. But during my formative race years I always seemed to finish the race totally covered in the stuff and when I shook myself off the ensuing dust cloud engendered the name DezDuster. My skill changed, but the name stuck.
First time I when riding with few mates on my very first husaberg 99 fe400. Mates reckon, why a berg, blar, blar. 99 yzf400 enduro, 06 yzf450, rm250, rm125, 06 yzf250, 06 wr450 and not one could keep up when I when from 5 to 6 gear on the long runs out at nangarra power line run. Soft, fast, big whoops for ks n ks. Always having to wait for them.
