Things are starting to materialize over here! The gears, hub and counter balancer shaft are on the kitchen table! Tomorrow the new cb housings will be discovered in the lumps they are hiding in!

I had forgotten how much time it takes, manufacturing all these bushings and brackets! The front engine mount is changed, so I have to modify the lower front of the frame.

For anyone that's never bought internally balanced tungsten weights before, the video has a months salary spent right there !

What will be left of that 0.5mm margin at extreme end play and flex? I know 1mm in total is quite alot but there will be some play in the balancer too, no?
But I guess the most extreme flex will not happen where they overlap anyway?
