Taffy,
Do you understand that it is not worth it? Do you not get that you have more to loose here than I do? Do you understand that this can go on and deface your business as well as worsen your rep? Also understand that this might not just be confined to this Forum.
In business we try to make our customers happy, we strive to help them to ensure they continue to do business with us, we go above and beyond as stay above reproach in all ways including using forums to where we try to do business.
By hitting on and bullying new users such as I was a last year does not help your status. The first post that started all this, I actually stated to the user I was talking to was promoting your knowledge even when I didn't know anything about you. Then bam! you laid into me all because I didn't agree with your thoughts and gave a different piece of advise.
Taffy, this is what a forum is about. Allot of users giving different ideas.
Now play it as you may, but understand I will give advise on my thoughts and help users, you are free to do the same and on the same threads, but do not belittle me anymore, keep that **** to yourself. You keep it up and I can also.
As for you getting sore about me joining in on a thread about shopping at certain business's and commenting on a thread clearly started by someone else who didn't like the service, I have a right to speak freely. Even if you do not like it. Just because I don't like Esso Oil's marketing and or product does not mean I don't like all the employee's and or owner. If you cant take criticism on your store, product then you need to stop advertising as some will like, some will hate and some will comment.
Please take a look at the post you attacked me about and the highlighted area.
This is from last year.
Sorry Taffy,
LOL not trying to confuse but trying to get him to ride the bike and then find his own problems. I was making a point of what ones issues are does not mean it is another's. You less offset Me more offset this shows that one can not tell someone how to set their bike up. It only takes you the rider to find the problems and then resolve lol. I can tell him to do one thing and it can be wrong for his style and skill and vise versa. He needs to ride it and then come with his problems and allow those like you who can help. At this point I see allot of asking without actually having a problem. I bet you can fly with little or no front end shake and I bet I run the tight single track faster if our skill level is identical. Now is he riding tight single track or balls to the wall on open desert. What is the riding skill of this rider? We are giving advise on our skill and feel. Yes I do agree the bikes tuck easy and the less offset will correct this, but in the tight technical stuff I love more offset as I very rarely run above 100kph. I really think BorrisDieBlokman needs to ride his nice new bike, put a few hours on it then ask for advise on everything that bothers him. I am sure his bike will be set perfectly once he does this. No disrespect is meant here what so ever as I know you are very very skilled with your advise and sure you could teach me allot. I just saw something here and don't want to see someone playing with their bike prior having issues is all.
Just because you do not agree does not make you the law or correct, It sometimes takes multiple heads to get it right. I have made mistakes and I know you have as well, this is how everyone learns.
just the opposite of what I recommend. brilliant.....
now the poor fella is going to be really confused.
Taffy
I think I was a really nice guy to you prior getting to know you and for some reason you screwed it all up?
Time to think on what is in your best interest and maybe tone down a little, just a bit of friendly advise, not that you will take anything from me but maybe you might get it?
