how about just putting SUPERMOTO in the subject line of general posts ? And we trendy dolts can just select subject matter at our own peril

sensible answer brett. don't forget that we took the decision to break up the site into the various parts of the bike and not the type of use the bike would get.
do you feel we should have an MX, enduro, trail, SM, RR sections and drop the fuel, suspension, mechanical etc sections?
or do you suggest that we subdivide even more with the SM and presumably others getting sections that cater just to their branch of the sport?
what about the quad guy?
what about dale? the only flattracker i ever met here?
surely the problem isn't that we don't have SM specific sections but that those interested in SM have to file through countless posts looking for something relevant to their sector? there aren't that many are there?
if that's the case, a dedicated section isn't going to improve anything. lack of posts and info is up to us. the lack of a subsection won't have hindered anyone here.
you have either been posting something about SM or you haven't. that it's a small minority of this site is nobodys fault and certainly not a fault of the layout!!!!!!!!!!!!
can i suggest that things still fall into the groups that json has set up BUT THAT WE HAVE A COLOUR CODING SYSTEM WHICH WE CAN CLICK ONTO IN THE CORNER. EN, MX, TR, SM, FT, RR, FX, QD, GEN. so you still have jsons sections and can rumage through them looking for all threads that have SM in the corner of the thread title? maybe even the letters on a coloured background 'spot' like TR on a green dot, MG on a blue dot, that way your eye goes looking for the colour as easily as the letters SM etc.
perhaps we can have a leather questions as well! fancy that when it gets off subject in SM:
will my leathers stretch on the rack while i'm being whipped
my goggles only mist up when being spanked
any good?
