anyone else have problems with swing arm and shock bearing kits? used all balls ones, came with wrong spacers I ended up breaking them jacking the swingarm into the chassis. (perhaps I should've stopped earlier). shock bearing seals were also ***** and fell out straight away. any recommendations?

you have to use the original spacers/shoulders and then they are OK. can't say what you'll have to do when they look too rough? It was me that pointed it out to 'all-bvalls' directly and he said that they would withdraw the product immediately as they sold so few of them. so I recommended this as a way forwards.
the heim seals are as you say poor so again I try and use the originals.

I just received my swing arm bearings. Thanks Taffy, However, I notice that it says 01-04 on the wrapping. Were they really different afterwards?
Also, are they as easy to install as I think? Just shove them in, and then add the seal on each side?
Do you guys push them in from the same side, or is this impossible due to the "hole" in the swing arm?

I forget which SA set isn't quite prefect. about 3 years ago I pointed out to Alex Geiger the head of All-Balls that the shoulders were the wrong size. he said that he would simply withdraw them from sale as the correct shoulders weren't available if this was so.
so we agreed that he'd keep supplying the kits and that we'd keep warning buyers that the original shoulders need to be used. sat here right now I can't recall which set it is!
