Hey Idle, In reference to the motor again. I was wondering whether there is a number that would that would persuade you to sell it as a whole. I didn't mean to low ball you BTW. But I was considering the fact that it has 543 hrs and knocking on the left side. If you wish to part it out, then I hope you make a good profit on parts.

No worries Pollo...

I am looking forward to disassembling the motor/s without having to put them back together.

The underseat tank is sold.

I have a 2006 10.5 liter/2.8 gallon tank though. It gives you around 20 miles more range than the 9 liter/2.3 gallon 2005 tank.

Yellow with blue shrouds, and also scratched yellow shrouds.

Thanks Idle , just chasing the auxiliary fueltank mate. If it falls through I'll grab it.

I'm chasing a kickstart input (main) shaft when/if you're ready idle

I need a kickstand assembly and mud shroud that covers the rear shock.

Hey Idle, If you do decide to part with the plated frame . I would be interested in knowing how much for that. Other than that, at this point I'm looking for the FS wheels to have a sumo dirt setup. Not sure how bad that front looks.

The 650 is complete and runs still.
Make me an offer on the CDI. Just the black CDI box?

I'm keeping the frame at this point. Check back with me later this year though.

The wheels are worth using still. They give no indication when riding that they are dented. The rear has a few owees as well, but is relatively true side to side.
The Quote above on the previous page is $575 with discs iirc.
It's a fair price as a Cush hub alone is worth ~$300 and would sell easily.

Just the CDI and its housing at this point, but might need to replace a few more bits while I'm at it... would you be willing to pull the loom if needs be? The one I have is apparently salvageable, but a mess - may be easier to replace!

Also, what do you think the shipping costs to Ireland would be?

Hagetaka, I got your pm, that sounds good.

I'll try to get a shipping quote Monday or Tuesday.

I have some dirt wheels also.

Stock FE650 wheels approx 250 hours on these.

Newish bearings in the rear "three rides"

Front is fine but advise installing new bearings.

3-4 rides on a Pirelli MXMH front tire. It's one year old about. I can remove it and use it if you don't want it.

Rear tire is shagged and I will remove it for shipping.

Both wheels have motion pro lite rim locks.

Both rims are in good shape, and relatively true, but have tire changing marks.

Discs in ok shape. Sprocket 50t has some life left, I can remove it if you want.

The previous owner had an anodizing business and he did them black.

Make an offer.

I'm interested in the Supermoto wheels and I know as you mentioned you are not inclined to post pics of everything but I'm a little reserved with your description of them being so dinged up and the 26,000 miles on them. The wheel bearings in those? Are they in need?
I'm ok with your price of $575 and I can true wheels but don't want to really buy rims I need to beat into shape. I would appreciate some pics of those. Maybe they aren't that bad

Sorry pollo, I forgot to get back to you.
Edit:eek:h I guess I did...

I honestly have never changed the bearings in the supermoto wheels.
I've pulled the spacers and packed grease in them at every tire change.
Wheels have always been balanced.
Cush hub has three bearings.
I never put it away wet, I read somewhere that it is bad for bearings.
It really only got washed about every 6 rides, or if it was muddy.
I typically would wash it early in the morning before the next ride.

But yes, they are not pretty anymore, and could use new bearings at this point.

They have been tubelessified.

Let's wait till I get some pics up before any haggling.

This one doesn't count, it went on one more ride after this pic.

Thanks Idle,

Ok.. new bearings and put them on the true stand..

A few close up pics and a look at some compromised areas would be great.
I would want the spacers with them also as the DNA supermoto wheels I'm using for street have different spacers.

Let me know if this is ok

Hi Idle,

I sent you a PM re the CDI, in case you haven't noticed! :)

Edit: ha, looks lile I missed your message there;)

Wheels for road tires?

I'd be interested in wheels that can take road tires if you still have any. Assume all engines sizes still mean same size wheels?
