Rekluse Clutch Squeal (Checking Manuf Suggestions)

Hello Fellow Husa Owners.

I have a 2010 570 and installed the Rekluse from day one of ownership. I noticed an occasional squeal coming from below. Seemed to be at high stress times like stopped (wrecked) on a steep hill and makes the sound during takeoff. It hooks up fine but made the noise. It almost sounds like a kazoo (there is a joke there somewhere). I have made the proper clutch break in adjustments as well. Here is what Rekluse told me directly via email when asking them:

"Yes this is a common issue with the Husaberg and KTM XC4 motor, To get rid of most the noise we do send an anti-squeal kit in the Z-SP clutch kit so I would make sure your dealer installed anti-squeal components.
Another thing I would check would be oil, fully synthetic oils sometimes create more noise and funky engagement issues, we recommend running Rotella T 15W-40 non synthetic. Most non or semi synthetics work the best. So give that stuff a shot and let me know. Also this issue may go away after some more time on the unit."

Has anyone else had this problem....any other suggestions? Thanks!

It is normal and nothing to worry about. It usually happens when you are a gear too high under heavy load. This is not limited to the 70 degree motor. My last 3 reklused Bergs have done it as well.
Sometimes changing oil brands will help (a little).

I have the anti squeal kit in my 09 570. I can't realy see a difference.

I'd use the rekluse z start pro in my te450 husqvarna and my fe390 husaberg and in both motorcycles I'd experience squeal under high traction high presure situations, nothing to worry about just depress a little the throttle and the noise is gone, about using a mineral oil I prefer change more often the clutch disk than change any parts in the engine so I use a syntetic oil that can handle more adverse temps.
