High Seat (better riding position)

Hi all,
Just fitted the high seat featured on the official Husaberg site to my FE550 05. What a difference this makes, no more dropping into the bike, seem to be sat on top of the bike making it alot easier to get your weight over the front end. Money well spent, these are available in the UK for about Ã‚Â£65 from Dave Clarke Racing on -01772 612118

brookester, if you like the tall seat try some Fastway pegs in the low-boy setting! It drops the pegs like 1cm and really makes the bike comfortable! I am 6'2" and it really helps the ergos for me. I have the pegs and a tall seat that I made even taller on my 02.

is that seat abit more comfy?After a couple Hours on my 98 600 I would like to find something a little more plusher for dual sporting,that was about the worst case of monkey butt I ever had!Any Ideas?

The high seat feels pretty much the the same as the standard one, no monkey butt :bootyshake: . Just done a local hare`n`hounds at Woodhouse (bit on the wet side, ask gruntunberg) had a bit of an off and ripped the high seat :cry: . New one on the way , super glued the old one for Langdale Enduro this weekend. I don`t think its weak material, just one of those expensive off`s.

Go to www.gutsracing.com for info on tall seats for your '98. I have had one for many years and it is much better than the original.
