I hope to attend. As long as my truck does not break before then, or anything else bad happen, I plan on going. I have never ridden outside of California, so Moab sounds fantastic.

Hello Brenden, I am going to try and make it, I have marked it on the calendar for time off. If I go you can ride with me. I will most likly bring my Toy Hauler Traier. Are you doing the Bearfoot? If so look for me, I will be there saturday white ford 4-dor pick w/shell & 29' Fury Trailer with BLUE RIBBON COALITION decals on the side.

Thanks, UnkleMoose. I may just take you up on that offer, if all works out nicely. It certainly would be more enjoyable driving with someone else, rather than driving all that way by myself.

My sister and I plan on riding the Bearfoot Family Enduro, so hopefully we will see you there. It will be her first enduro. We were hoping to do CERA's family enduro, but of course that did not work out. What a bummer.

I just wanted to clarify the dates for the ride.

March 3,4,5,& 6 are the dates that we will be having it.

I realize not everyone can come for 4 days, but come anyway.
If you can only come for 2 days or 3 days, that's fine.

They have the same situation with the DRN rides and spode fests.

I you want to arrive early or stay late, that's ok too.

Taffy, if you fly in to Phoenix, I will personally be sure to help you get to the Grand Canyon, or where ever you want to sight see. I will also take you on some local trails; just be sure to bring you armor, the cactus are quite formidable. 8O

As of right now my club is putting on our race that weekend.

Sorry about the conflict. I originally posted the WORCS schedule and took that into account. That is the reason that I originally posted 2 optional weekends. When no one replied that there were any other races that may conflict with either weekend, I had to make a choice. Since Taffy and others needed a firm date to schedule holiday time off work and book airline flights, I picked the first weekend. Next year, when I post the tentative dates, please feel free to mention any races that will interfere.

Could you ask your club to change their weekend if they have not printed the flyers? Then invite some of them to come with you. Maybe they will switch to real motorcycles after a weekend riding with Husabergs. :D

Taffy, you just get to Phoenix and I'll either lead you to Moab or you can ride in our RV.

This sounds like a wonderful idea. It would be quite impressive to have all the hard core Husaberg enthusiasts assembled at the same place for some Husa fun. I will do my very best to attend. If we survive this Thanksgiving weekend at Ocotillo Wells it should be no problem. I'll be driving from the San Diego area with my family in case anyone would like to Caravan with us. I'll start looking at travel routes soon. Before you know it March will be here. I am somewhat apprehensive about leaving the (open) trailer loaded with toys in a hotel parking lot as it would be a two day drive. If anyone has any security suggestions please post them. Also if anyone has accommodation ideas once there I am all ears. Hope to meet all the great people that frequent this site :D .

I have to say that I will be holding my new baby come that week in march :D and it would be a close debate as to what I would rather be doing.... (not really, But i will be a bit green with envy) . man! what an opportunity!

We also were concerned about our motorcycles when we went to Moab on Labor Day weekend. We chained them together with one of those cut proof m/c chains, the chain cost me $100. Then parked the truck outside our hotel room window.

One option is to rent a cabin, they are $35 night and you can park right in front of your door. We do that whenever possible.

Option 'B' is to circle the wagons (so to speak) around our RV. With the bikes all chained together, a would-be theif wouldn't be able to take any bikes without making alot of noise. UnkleMoose is also taking his RV, so we can keep the bikes between our RV spaces.

I will be posting a list of the hotels and cabins in the area. Then you can decide what to do. The cabins are at the RV site where I will be staying.

I am considering renting a Toy Trailer if others will be bringing RV'S. My POS motorhome would not be up to the task but I have a newer model F150 that would be. I will go with the flow whatever the consensus is.

I might be up for this trip but I dont know if the berg will last through the trip. If I bring my other bike will you guys let me ride with you when the berg breaks?

We heard you are riding a Rascal now adays. You might as well bring it along :)

You can ride any bike of your choosing.

Will you be bringing any family or friends?

I was wondering what was taking you so long to reply.
Glad you're coming, bring your friends.

It looks like we may have a larger turnout than the first Moonrocks Ride on DRN. That would be awesome.
