So....

I noticed there was some traffic a while back discussing FR4... I hadn't seen anything new recently regarding FR4 so I figured I pose the questions -

When, where, et. al... :D

As for me.... I thought Gunnison, CO was the bees knees. I hear there's more trail just like we rode w/ Nate the last half of Sunday, in a downpour... If that's the case I'm all in. :bounce3:

I will second that sir!! Many miles of single track riding to be had there that we did not have time to explore. If things work out right, I might be making the trek back there this september to take in some of that single track, and the MX DES Nations.

Now that I know what to expect, I think I could do a better job of laying out rides for everyone next time, as far as what types of rides go, A, B, C, etc.....

And hopefully Bobzilla will be there for another great chili dinner!!

Quite possibly the most important part of any Force Ride is Bobzilla's chili!

I'd try to make it up to Gunnison for the weekend. I live down in Boulder, CO and would love to hit some single track up there.

Hi All
I will be in Gunnison/Crested Butte riding from July 16-August 7. Come on up, down, whatever.

Well, now that I have my beloved Hooseyburger ... I'm in ... where ever the heck it is!
*Especially* since I missed last year's. Which means that I would be up for Colorado again. :^)

Cheers! E-Ticket

Cheeseberger is down.....I repeat.....Cheeseberger is down!!! Fractured tib. Husa indeed does bite back.
Wish him a speedy recovery.

shouldn't there be a "10" code for a cheeseberger down? or perhaps a 390cb?
well, there goes the superman image

I think the superman image would have best described his position at the time of impact. I suspect a full report soon.

If Colby was treated at the Gunnison Valley Hospital, he already knows all the nurses (the cute female ones anyway). When I was laid up there last September, Colby would come and see me and then go looking for all good looking nurses on duty he knew from when he used to live in the area and bring them by to say hi.

Get well Colby.

Bump....

Anyone have any thoughts on the when and where? Surprisingly, there's not be much talk on the board 'bout this. :?:

Greetings all,

As many of you may or may not know, Clay is now the Gas Gas off road bike importer for N/A.

Clay sent me a note the other day wondering if it would be possible for us to combine our up coming FR 4 this next year with his Gas Gas line up.

I for one don't have a problem with it, since it was Clay who provided the rock star treatment for all of us last year at FR 3. And if memory serves there were several Gas Gas riders at last years event.

I am going to be contacting Husaberg N/A in the very near future to see if they want to provide the same support that they did at last years FR 3.

What say you all?

+2

Don't see any issue if they have helped at past Force Rides ... and especially since Hooseyburger now has 2-smokes!
Who would'a thunk, eh. :^)

I have no problem with it, Clay is alright in my book.
I can't see Husaberg having any part of a joint venture. But Hey.....If GasGas just happened to be putting on a ride at the same place and time, what could anybody say?

I suggest throwing some recommendations. If it is a new place, please throw out some info on the riding and local ammenitys, lodging ,transportation etc..
Then we can start a survey.
