Dez,
Lost my mother-in-law almost exactly one year ago on the tenth of this month, my wife Linda sends her heart felt regards and while I can't truly know how you feel, she does. She was anice Lady with some funny quircks, I do find myself alone in the middle of the day laughing about some thing she said.( not to sound too phsyco but if you listen to your heart they will talk to you) One thing I have noticed is while every once in a while there are some pretty good aurguments here @ the UHE when the chips are down and a brother is in pain the rush to his side is swift and sure. My families prayers are for comfort for you and yours in this time of need.

Thanks again guys. I hope that I get to meet and thank each of you personally for your kind condolences.

Hi, Dez....
Sorry to hear of the passing of your mother, and my condolences to you and your family. Went through the same thing with my dad and mom in the late '70s-early '80s, and again with my wife's parents in the early '90s. Never easy.
Re your 'berg, out here in Maine most thefts of ANY TYPE are going to feed drug dependency. Crack just beginning to make serious inroads, and meth labs beginning to show up in both rural and urban areas. My '98 is locked to the lolly-column in the garage, we lock the doors when we are not around, and have some lights on timers, plus family visits when we're away for more than a couple of days. Also, I practice the "Castle Doctrine", with security by S&W or Taurus.
