Hi guys, I need a new set of piston rings for my 2000 model FC600. It's still got the original (I think) 'ASSO-WERKE' piston. Ring gaps are outside tolerance, so bike was smoking badly but the piston and cylinder bore are both OK. Does anyone know where i can get a set of rings for this...

400 piston (y2k - '03) i need the deck height? as it says, anyone swapped one out for another or gone up in CC etc etc? the height i need is from tthe top (or bottom) of the gudgeon (wrist) pin to the edge of the piston within 0.1mm? regards Taffy

got piston ring problem... ordered rings from dealer. they are too wide to fit in my grooves. they are marked as '02 onwards. mine is a '99 FE501. apparently all same part number. i was meant to have a competition at start of September...not anymore! anyone know if earlier pistons have smaller...
