    When to change piston?

Hello. I was just wondering, how often do I have to change piston on my fc600? I'm not using the bike on track, some dirt road and messing in the forest only. I know that the oils must be changed in every 5h and I assume the valves need to checked every 15th?

1994 Husaberg Rebuild - Big Mistake

Hey everyone, I finished up my rebuild on my 1994 501. The bike started up on the first or second kick and ran great in the 10 minutes I had it out. That's the good news. The bad news is that I found a clip laying on the table that I am about 95% sure that it is a piston circlip  I'm...

    105mm piston in a 450

So there's always talk of bumping the piston up to a 105mm for the 650's...has anyone ever seen one used in the smaller engines? A 550 crank with a 105mm piston would be about 606cc and a 450 crank with the same would be 502cc. I've heard it said that the 450's had too much bore and too...

    105mm Piston - Group buy?

Spoke with Wiseco this morning and the piston they have on file (7943 M10483 5263D - Thanks Bushie) is proprietary to JB Racing. 1. He did say that if we could confirm that JB Racing is no longer interested in the piston, we could order it directly from Wiseco. Anyone in contact with JB...
