I recently replaced the countershaft sprocket and noticed there is quite a bit of wear on the spline where the sprocket sits. After taking it for a ride I can now move the sprocket back and forward around 1mm......Is this a know issue for this bike?

Looks like I have a slight oil leak from the countershaft (output shaft). Behind the sprocket there's a spacer, O ring and a seal. Anyone know if the seal be changed with the engine in situ without splitting the cases? The OEM service manual isn't very specific. Cheers!

I'm going to freshen up the top end and am looking at ProX or Wossner piston kits and I'm having difficulty trying to find somewhere in OZ where I can get aftermarket gaskets or should I stick with Genuine all the way. Any advise appreciated

I have a rattly cam chain and it appears to be the tensioner. I came across the Dirt Tricks tensioner and wanted to ask if this is the answer? I'm not interested in a manual tensioner and wanted to retain the hydraulic tensioner but one which works. Thanks
