KTM / Husaberg D.I.D Rear Wheel
Ktm / Husaberg 18" rear wheel. D.I.D rim with stock hub. Is showing a few signs of wear and has a few chips and scratches on it but from what i can see it is straight with no cracks and dints. What you see is what you get. This wheel came off a husaberg FE570, im...
I am looking for the black plastic housing that holds the fuel pump at the bottom of the tank. Part underneath tank with 4 self tappers that fastens into the plastic tank.
Mine was modified by the first owner, pump is now held in with zip ties. I want to replace back to standard.
Should be...
Hello everyone, ive read the other threads and want to be sure i make a sound purchase. Im looking for a track weapon for sumo and occasionally trail ride...not a championship money pit. Would be willing to redo fe suspension for 50 sumo 50 dirt or just focused on either and swap only wheels...

I couldn't find any info, so hopefully I am not repeating! Can the factory speedometer be adjusted from the 21 in stock wheel to the 17in moto wheel? It is about 10 mph off. Thank you for any information!!
I'm interested in buying another 70 degree bike - a 2011 FE570. I will consider earlier years. Excellent condition preferred. Cash ready for the right bike. I live in St. Louis, MO, but am willing to travel or have the bike shipped if it is the one I want. Thanks! Jim Roble
Hi
So i have pretty much pulled half my bike apart looking for a bare wire or something that would be causing a short. Basically what is happening is each time i hit the start button it will blow fuse #4. From what i have read in the manual fuse number 4 is for the speedo, blinker, horn, brake...
Currently I have 13/42 sprockets on my 570. After dropping the front from 14 to 13 it still runs high. Riding tight single track, it seems like first is too low and 2nd is too high.
My plan is to purchase new sprockets and chain so I would like to make sure that i get it right. I'm not...
A few weeks ago I dropped my 570 in three feet of water and pulled dirty water into the intake and engine. After the bike was submerged, the engine immediately died, and was not turned over at any point until the engine was partially disassembled. Upon draining the oil it was very milky, so I...
Just wanted to check on here to see if anyone had any best practices for the install of the CV4 heat shield. Seems pretty straight forward but sometimes these things have surprises and this is the best place to check. Thx and happy riding!
Has anyone found a longer clutch hose for an FE570 ('11 in my case) or had one made?
I'm looking for a source for a clutch hose ~3" longer than stock.
Does anyone know how long the OEM hose is by any chance?
I'd bet some other bikes would have a hose of the right length for me, but I have...

Here's my 2011 FE570S I am the original owner, and I bought it May 2012. It has 68 hours, and just over 1300 miles. It has had one 300 mile dual sport trip, and the rest came from woods riding. It is in very good condition, and ready to ride. Comes with all original manuals...
Recently I purchased a FE570 with only 6 hours. As I do a lot of remote trail riding I w,anted something I could count on. With the bike being like new and having fuel injection, I assumed it would be very reliable.
I've now taken it out 4 times and have had to be towed 3 of those times. The...
I've had a bit of a misfortune with my Husaberg (see the pics here). Long story short - lost coolant (at 70mph), engine got a little hot, internals melted and disintegrated.
I probably don't need a complete engine, but it might be the most cost effective solution, so I'm throwing this out...
Story so far... coolant hose split. While doing 70mph. Things got VERY hot. :hot: Fuel line melted. Lost fuel pressure. Engine stopped working.
The result: see here.
At a minimum, I'm almost certainly going to need a new head (and all associated parts, valves, guides, springs, etc) - it...
been off the forum a bit due to throwing myself into trials riding lately. but been back on the FE570 and working at applying the trials techniques used by all the top extreme enduro riders - graham jarvis, taddy blasuziak, jonny walker etc.
been working on cross training techniques with one...
I have a 2011 FE570 I bought new, that now has 65.3hrs that has been used exclusively in the woods. I recently noticed the bike is smoking on startup, and also after it idles for a brief time if you crack the throttle quickly. Once the initial puff of smoke clears it doesn't visibly smoke...
I have to use the throttle to start the bike, other wise it won't start.
It will not idle without the throttle being applied, no matter how wound in or out the idle adjustment screw is.
Throw some ideas at me please.
