did a 130 mile long distance road trial, 28 sections. which really was not the 450's ideal terrain. great fun all the same.
managed to blow both fork seals and on further inspection noticed the bottom shock bush is knackered to ! :x

Removed swingarm, sidestand and stator cover and cleaned and prepared them for tomorrow. Gonna sand blast them and take to powder coater then.
Almost wrecked it, almost wrecked myself in the process.
time for some new parts me thinks:
Clutch Master cylinder - toast
Brake lever - toast
Gear lever - toast
Headlight - toast
Bars - toast
Switch gear - toast
Hand guards - toast
Plastics. - toast

After discovering these New seals failed to...... Well, Seal.
Unmounted the forks, Drained the fresh oil.... New OEM seals on order.
...Feeling a little frisky too. I haven't spent in "special time" with the lass for a few weeks now.

Changed it from sumo to dirt. Finally changed the oil in my forks, one had oil given by race tech at isle of man 2016 as it was leaking. Didn't use my dirt setup since then.... :/
Clicked my öhlins to correct settings and took it for a ride. Wonderful.
My motard/ice is in parts, as I took the cylinder and piston to a friend 570. His ****** cylinder will become 590.

Sat on my bike and dreamt of riding. Broke my kneecap on it a couple of months ago but can just get on the pegs again
