For the guys who have totally removed their throttle stop screws on the 09/10 FE models as per the de-restrict PDF file that is floating around. I just done this and by actually totally removing the screw allows the throttle body butterfly to turn past vertical and actually restrict the intake.
Looking at my bike i screwed the screw all the way back in then adjusted it out about 3 or so turns until the butterfly was vertical. May make stuff all difference but actually removing the whole screw may actually do more harm than good to your bike performance.
