TBM test of the new 390.

This months TBM magazine (just out today) has a 7 page write up on the 390 with a small section on the 450FX. Just had a quick scan and surprise surprise they love it. They even go as so far as to justify its nearly Ã‚Â£7,000 price tag (hate to think what that'll be for the scandanavians!!!).
Next month they've promised a test of the new SuperMoto too.

Think we could be seeing a lot more Bergs around next year (and less BMW's)

Yeh, interesting write up plumbob, looks like the 390 could be a formidable tight woods weapon.I do like the low fuel-warning light, the sensor can be placed either way up to show either two or three litres left.
Having owned a ktm 400 (great bike), it worries me that the top end power is well down in comparison and one said it flattens off disappointingly. Maybe the map switch and akro would help.
As for the price, jeez!, put on handguards etc and you are paying well over Ã‚Â£7,000 in a recessiion ? With the vat change, i paid Ã‚Â£5,900 for my FE570, maybe its gone up in price?
Besides, i'm just getting my 570 dialled in and its starting to make me grin more often.
Now, if i win the lottery..............................
