Hi Guys..
Looking around I read a few guys are impressed by the Kawasaki fork seals for their Bergs.

I recently purchased a pair of Seals from some where els (Pyramid Parts). But, after the install (a serious effort alone), before a single ride. They are showing signs of leaking oil over my floor..... I'll refrain from bagging them. But will say I'll be asking for a refund!

SFKs look nice but are a little pricy here in Aust at the mo. I can get either Berg or Kawa seals from Mototech here in Vic. So unless I'm directed some where els.. I'll give these guys a shot.

Would any one know also, What years these Kwacka seals will they fit up to on the Burgs? I'm running the 4860 MXMAs

the hot ticket at the moment are the SKFs and you can get them for 6 gbp each? to me that is bloody cheap?

they are off any 2012 Husaberg i believe.

I bought a ktm SXS preformance kit for the new closed cartridge forks. I has new slick bushings and the skf seals and other bits. I could use the bushings and the seals in my old 2004 open cartridge forks.

This kit was only 50% more expensive than the standard seals alone and you get bushings and other bits.

I seen other guys mention this Kit on another Aussie board. But their not cheap. All I really need is seals. The forks may be upgraded later on, If unless I don't upgrade the bike all together. Dont know, time will tell.

I did find out that from 03 - 12 all WP 38mm seals are the same. I also found a part number for the WP SKF seals if any one needs it for future reference.

MTSKF48WP-HD (HD seals = greater stiction. But longer durability)
48mm WP, KTM, & Husaberg Forks (‘03-’12)

#MTSKF43WP
ALL 43mm WP, KTM, & Husaberg Forks (‘00-’02)
