have ben trying and experimenting some and ended up with the stator as far right as possible and removed the woodruff key and moved the flywheel 2-3mm to the left,

and it started on the first kick

have spoken with 2 previous owners and both says it was very hard started with some broken kick gearwheels

decomp works
valve clearance OK

any idea ?

I would go back to your DIY stator Husabarg, preferably the trigger coil, she's sending out the wrong message.
This is why I rewind them for a living.

hey got the stator run perfect after some ignition tuning and carb rebuild

now i got my fingers on a cheap used (rewinded by some one)attend to use it as a spare it works but not perfect tho it feels like it miss to send spark some times

the measurements are red black 1921 ohms and 38vac at 490 rpm
green black don't remember the ohms but it sends 6,8 vac at 490 rpm (sound much as my old sends 2vac at 490 rpm and works perfect )

can it be that i getting to much voltage of the trigger coil that causes this the stator starts very easy Cold and hot but misses some times so its a bit "jumpy" to drive
