I wanted a quiet powerful 4 stroke to sneak around on the beaches with ... when I picked up my berg, I was astounded how loud the airbox is and after putting on an aftermarket seat, it is even louder because the guts seat doesnt seal the airbox as well.. so I carefully put two strips of self stick weather sealer foam along the edges of the seat and one wide strip across the front top of the airbox so the seat seals tight ... it blocks 75% of the airbox noise and there is no performance loss .. the airbox gets plenty of air .. nice and quiet now with stock exhaust
