Good day,
I have problem with my suspension, I have lost possibility to regulate it and there was no damping.....

I have strip it and:

Plates in stack are twisted/bend and one is crack (in both legs).
I phoned today to husaberg dealer and those plates are av. and cheap :).

My question to You: is it right position for plates?:

(i know that should be stack of four plates, it is very nice prescribed in owner's doc. unfortunatelly I can't find this one iformation)

With best regards Damian

yes that is how they should be.

there is a chance that the nut was loose and the delta shims had 'fanned out'. when isolated and stood alone against the force of the oil then it is likely to bend the shim. use threadlock and tighten well.

HI!
I still have a problem with my suspension..... after rebuilt with new plates, assembled rebound stack according to photos from "owner doc's" (which was same as on my unstripped fork stack) I have no reaction on regulation (rebound and compresion). I have filled both legs with 5w Motul fork oil, before assembling I checked that "clickers" are working properly (properly means turning regulation knob=move of black pin which push alluminium tube inside leg). Similar was with com. stack I have seen movement of pin inside the stack during turning the regulation screw.......

There is no leak and both legs have same behaviour-no reaction on regulation.........

I haven't touch other stack.....

My younger brother has change oil and seals, he fill KYB's original oil, his suspension is working perfectly......
Maybe this is a reason?

maybe the delta (3triangular) shims are covering the wrong three holes?

when you filled with oil you did work the rod up and down many, many times didn't you? getting rid of any air and then topping up with oil?

just ideas that is all?

Hi!
I think that my problem is solved, one plate (check plate) was not lay on valve sufrace so there was an internal leak...... I overlook it at first time because I have found problems with damaged rebound stack.....
