OIL-recommendations

:roll: So do we have any recommendations? What is the difference between good synthetic automotive oil and 4T motorcycle synthetic????? Knowledgable people please speak up. I know that their is a fear of debate amongst the knowledgable......who cares, I'll decide in the end which I go with, but by all means throw it out there. Thanks. please answer the question of the difference in 4T and automotive.....will it hurt to use automotive synthetic....it seems alot of guys are using it....is this good or bad??? :?:

The arguement for 4T syn over automotive syn, is that the auto syn has additives to make it slippery, but that causes clutch slippage. I have heard of agressive 4T riders (KTM at least), using 85wt in their RFS to prevent clutch slippage!
I know of quite a few guys using Amsoil 20-50 motorcycle engine oil.

I use Motul 300v 15w 40.
My bike(02 FS650) has gone 230hours with no problems!
well, the kickstartershaft broke, but i don't think that was the oil's doing
