I've got a husaberg 650 in complete bits and a ex wife on a vengeance

Looms cut cut cut and scattered, relays gone all lights smashed, tacho melted

So is it possible to DIY a basic loom from scratch, there are no local suppliers and no part on any local sites

Help please

Yes it is possible.

There's a wiring diagram in the service manual. Connections are simply connections. No need to stick with the factory connectors in all cases if they're hard to find.

It might be boring drudgework. It might be fun.

Could also source a used KTM loom for a 2004 450 smr - they are very close and cheap on flea bay

that diagram looks as if it is for a 2001/2002/2003 Husaberg.

the 2004-2008s have a totally different set-up. there's no compatibility between them at all.

so what year are you/

cheers
