G'day all.
Just purchased an '05 FS650e and loving it! Never had a bike that wants to be on the back wheel so much. I normally ride road bikes, own a K6 GSX-R750 and '03 RSV Mille and bought the 'Berg as a fun transport/urban assault vehicle. What a fun bike. Finished early today so I took her for her maiden voyage. Down to Bundeena national park in Sydney, a road I know well. This bikes handling is awesome and will only improve when I get a little more accustomed to her. I rounded up a CBR600RR, Triumph speed triple(I had to lock up the back wheel into the following hairpin as I had braked a bit late after the overtaking maneuver, not a problem thanks to the 'Bergs manners but a slight problem in my pants) and flew past an RVF400. Wonder what they all thought to be passed by a Motard. I was grinning all the way. Anyway, hope to learn alot here and maybe add a little as well.
