Need 700 kit Head Gasket

Yes, I know who used to sell them with his 700cc kit. And if it were possible to contact Ben I would presumably have one by now. But anyone who's tried to reach the guy lately knows the obsurdity of the task.

Anyone know of a reputable custom head gasket maker? Or, maybe I can reuse the gasket I have. It has maybe 5 minutes of run time on it. Cylinder never even warmed up before I pulled the head. Gasket is undamaged other than the coating on it.

Thanks so much for any advise.

Oh, OK. I didn't know who Ben was. Anyway, the standard practice once a head gasket has been crushed is not to use it again. I re-used a gasket just once when I was in a pinch and it worked just fine until the head came off next. The only custom gasket makers I know of will make you a copper gasket and O-ring your head. This good but considering your dilemma, I might try to re-use the one you got and just keep a real close eye on coolant or compression leaks. If that doesn't work, then get a copper one made.

I've some 700 head gasket:

Outstanding contiman. Have you got one that mimics OEM for 2005 FS650e, but that measures 105mm?

Thanks to all of you for the help, much appreciated.

It's 105mm gaskets!!
I've too a Jbs kit ;)

Sorry for the confusion. The gasket needs to fit the JBSracing 700 kit bore. The bore is 105mm.

Contiman, if you have one of their 700 kit gaskets that you would be willing to part with, I'll take it!
