Ok, just spoke with BRP again and they are ready for production of the Berg Top Triple clamp. These would be:
Rubber Mounted
Black
22 mm offset.
The Scotts Damper options include:
Option #1: Upper Triple Clamp as described above, lower bar perch (black) and a 1 piece upper bar perch (black) to mount the damper (damper above bar). Retail is 149.00 so figure much less (Dealer cost + UPS for initial run) if I can get enough interest (does not include bolt on tower or damper).
Option #2: Upper Triple Clamp as described above, Sub Mount assembly (black, see attached image) Retail is 179.00 so again, my dealer cost + a few to get started for this initial run.
A few things that need to be looked at for the sub mount system: whether the stem nut will clear the bottom of the damper (berg stem nuts as other berg nuts are huge).
Let me know if your interested and especially dealers willing to buy a couple of sets.
The Triple clamps will be set up for the Berg Stem and offset, however, the bar mount hole spacing will be like the KTM (there is apparently a 2mm difference). This way the KTM Sub Mount system and other systems will work with the new Berg Clamps.
