Hi !

26y/o, living in kristianstad/skåne/sweden


I have an Husaberg FS 650e , -2008 , 145h - 7500km ~ 5000miles, its in top condition, looks and feels like brand new! :) treated like a baby!

I've allways considered (spelling) the berg as "the Ferrari of dirtbikes", and the rumors regarding bad quality and the "high maintenence" ( wich is only with husaberg", the word on the streets says)

:) theese bikes has their own soul, and they are in an own class of performance!




Ive owned an 2003 FS650 earlyer, and after two years without an berg, i finally bought the last yearmodel of the 650", i fou d "the one", in top condition, with an entusiast owner who had my baby for several years


Lots of "husaberg powerparts" , acrapovic, ++++ :)

It feels like this forum should fit me like a hand in the glove :D

hear hear on the Ferrari take ... Lamborghini as well in a way, brutally extravagant motors and slightly "charming" handling in some cases (or so I hear, never been near a Lamborghini of course :) )

I see you have a 10" 570, how is the engine in that machine, gyro effects and powerband?? :) does it have the oooommpff in the lower RPMs, like the 650? :)
 
I think the stock 570 is just as fast as stock 650 in lower/mid rpm's it's in the higher (7000+ rpm) that the 650 is faster:)
Welcome btw great choice of bike I have seen a very nice fs 650 2006 for sale 2 weeks ago and if I would have enough money on the bank I would just buy it loved those 650's.
But the 570 aint going nowhere so I will stick with it ;)
 
The 650:s are nostalgic !!

I remember one time, must have been 13-14 years ago, when i saw a supermotorider trying to start his Berg, all his friends started their bikes without struggle, but not this guy, it really looked like he tried to master an enormous monster, slowly kickin the motor round, and then proceed the "big jump and kick"

I will never forget that blue/yellow monster!

The 570 is surprisingly different! Tons of power but very smooth and refined. It's shockingly good really. Magic. On the quiet side stock but the intake sound is great, kind of a pulsating Darth Vader breath at idle. It feels almost mild but then you realize you're power wheelying all the time by accident. Subtle!

I will never sell mine, but I also need to get a 550 or 650. True what you say, they are impossible to forget!
 
It doesn't SEEM like it's possible from iOS but it is :) Press the "Go Advanced" button, then Manage Attachments below. It'll flip to a new "window" where you can upload. Then just kind of go back to the post in the previous window and the attachments ought to show up? It's a vague and mysterious process but it's actually possible!

You can also use an external image hosting site for convenience, I kind of like minus.com, or imgur.com
