Even when I first got my old 650 with its dodgy electrics and badly set up carb the starting was more reliable than an England cricket team.
At least our female cricketers have got the balls to show you how its done.
Keep up the good work Bushie, I might not understand half of your posts when you start getting too techinal but like DrC you put plenty of pics in to keep it entertaining for us mechanical mortals.

By the way sometimes in cricket the ball is thrown at your head at up to 100 mph, sometimes it hovers and jinks and spins all the while homing in on your "furniture".

im not weighing in on this sledging thing as i seen what it done in the cricket. (the ashes).
For europe & USA members cricket is a game played for over 100 yrs it consists of two teams, one team throws the very hard ball real fast at the other team and you hit the ball with a bat and run, if your no good 10 other blokes on your team will hit it after you, when your not winning you sledge the opposition to piss him off. Then when 10 of your players are no good anymore the other team gets a chance to throw the ball at the your team and after the sledging is done they usually throw the ball directly at your head twice as fast. Australia and England play this game every year and do it best of 5 games and even if one team wins 3 and are unbeatable they play 5 anyway just to piss each other off. Thousands of people pay to come and watch this spectacle and drink copious amounts of alchohol and yell abuse at the two teams over a fence. A long time ago they set fire to some wooden stuff and the winner each year gets to keep the ASHES caused by this fire. I dont think the rivalry between Australia and England is about Husaberg modifications i reckon we can blame Cricket as England even send an Army to Australia every 2 yrs to yell abuse and sledge the Aussies
Just adding some humour lads have a laugh.
At least Bushie i know i sold you the bike that started all this. By the bay you kept cold beer in my fridge for a while with your generous purchase and thanks for the bottle of Rum. Fancy a game of cricket.

Hi there guys,
I don't want to shoot down anyone's grassy knoll theory, but just wanted to say that when the site went under zen's care and moved servers, the gallery broke. He got the gallery working again, but the path to the images were changed so anything linking the images were pointing to the wrong location. This was mentioned to the boss, but he seems to be a very busy guy and it must have slipped through the cracks. I no longer have access to server-side stuff, so I'm unable to symlink the directories to fix the issue, unfortunately.
I'll pass the message on to him again. Hopefully we won't have to edit every single page in the wiki to resolve the issue.

its not a grassy knoll theory but i'll do my best, when i looked at the start of this thread in the doc there is a link that used to point to the pictures in question ... Maddel has renamed this link to

when you try to go to this link you get a 404 so my take it that it is indeed missing and all the owner of the pic needed to do is delete it from their gallery... no knowledge of the doc or the internet is really required so together with the smudgy pic elsewhere on the site that was my 2+2
if you can be bothered to look through 184 pictures there is another pic there but under a different name

I'm happy to accept the theory of Tourist and Zaga that Taffy quite simply isn't isn't clever enough to alter the doc.... im not clever enough to understand how a server change can also edit file names contained within html links

You already did the legwork, but I'd be happy to explain for those that don't notice, but the two links you've posted:
Show the change in URL structure when I moved the gallery from v1 to v2. If Maddel's note is post 2005, then that would explain the problem. If his was posted before-hand, then the only explanation is that Taffy is paying me obscene amounts of money from his eBay profits to lie to you about the image.
As for the wiki, I don't see any removal of images on the pages I checked the history of(I don't know the exact page we're dealing with), but I see tons of URL's pointing to images that have simply moved. I would be happy to post history of page edits if that's necessary to decide whether to burn the witch or not.

Well, I didn't mean to derail the topic. I just saw the links to images in the wiki that were broken by the move. I have no info on any image in particular. I'll go back to banning people selling counterfeit Air Jordan's and let you guys have your thread back.

Also I am an engineer and they are a very simple part and as mine is off I will measure it and create a drawing of it or cad file for people to take and bake.
