It sounds to me like the cylinder and head are dancing the tango, even if minutely.
You need a seal that can keep up with the dance, and of course makeup those static discrepancies.

Some turbo Guys use an inflated Stainless steel O-ring, from Garlock

The Pressure Filled O-Flex™ is designed for Performance Engine applications that require sealing at elevated pressure and temperature in a high cycling environment. The O-Flex™ is filled with an inert gas that increases in pressure proportional to increases in system temperature. This results in an energizing effect that partially offsets the loss of material strength in service.

if anyone missed the other thread http://husaberg.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=13268 I broke a tooth off 4th gear testing a friends TTX fork inserts

the hybrid head gasket eventually sealed off, when I pulled it out the copper ring with wire ring embedded had compressed to the original copper sheet thickness 1.1mm .. .the wire ring then at this point wasn't really helping IMHO.

reason it took so long was the fibre portion of the gasket to a few re tourques to compress down to 1mm and the wire ring took a few goes to squash into the copper ring

this time machined a groove into the top of the liner and put in a 0.8mm wire ring, (about Phugin time hey Dr_C ? :) ) re used the 1mm compressed fiber gasket with 1207B and put in a fresh 1.1mm copper ring in the middle, sealed off first go no retourques possible yet. it would probably work aslo as Matts suggested with a shim raised liner on the copper ring I reckon you want about 0.1mm more crush on the copper than the fibre.

with the new Chassis I can really give this thing a proper hammering, lots of time above 7000 rpm, pic of LHS main about 60 hrs but it looked fine at 40 (old chassis)

it feels worse than it looks, rollers have been butting up against the lip, skewing and skidding, digging a groove in the inner race with the roller ends.

I put in an Orangeberg NTN RHS and another 2206 Rollway LHS I expect 20-30 hrs will be enough.

in my case, I finished my jbs 710 engine back this weekend,
but I must start all over again because I have water that goes into oil :cuss:

water=1
caf1 silicone sealant=0

I will soon machined the engine cases to put O-rings around the liner

excellent!

but a bit sad too, it is always possible too is is not? that the water is finding its way to the cam chain tunnel at the headgasket?

I know some that have machined small grooves into the liner to take very thin o rings, I will email you a picture.

in my case I guess I am very lucky or the 1207 B is extremely super good stuff i have done 3 builds with it and about 70hrs without water in the oil.

No,
water does not pass through the head gasket,
I tried it with silicone, and it still leaks.

So it can only be achieved between the liner and the crankcase

What if it's leeking in the o-ring behind the left side cover? Water can definetly come in contact with oil there. (forgot to check it ones when I was putting the side cover back... )

minimum thickness for a left-cover O ring to function is about 2.7mm. 2.5mm is too small. this is with standard coolant pressures and a standard thickness left cover gasket BTW.

I'm sure that not the o-ring,
because I have tested with the clutch cover removed with a cap of wine  to fill the gap,
and the water still flows into the oil,
it can only pass between the liner and the crankcase

interesting Crankshaft in the back Contiman

lots of metal removed with grinder and some welded lumps ? I like it

more pics of the crank please

I must have it on my facebook,
because my computer no longer works (pictures inside!)
What pictures of my crank do you want?

Any you have. i like to see it better.
I have a fetish for custom engine parts, Husaberg's especially
