Hi Guys,

I am Dominique from France, I don't know if it is already online but I post my presentation.
I am very Happy to discover this specific forum dedicated to old bergs, the real ones

I started to restore a 350FE 1992 and a 501 1991 for both the paint of the frame are not very correct, so I need to repaint it as new. To do so I search the colour code (RAL?) of both paint. If anyone found the colour with a spectrometer it will be the best solution, let me know if someone can help it will be very fine.
I also search the original decals for the 1992 350 FE in order to reprint or buy them, same thing if someone can help it will be very fine. I will normally reprint soon the 1991 Jimmie ERICKSSON decals let me know if anyone is interested.

Here is a Picture of my 96 FE600 "Blackbird Racing"
I also have a 2001 FE400E, and a 99 FE501 and in addition a 89 Yam Tenere
(3AJ) and a 93 Yam Tenere 660...
and also (it never ends he,he) a 98CR250+99CR540
I have learned much from reading the post´s on this site and look forward to contribute with what little I know after fiddling with small and big motors around 30years In addition I work as a Technical engineer in the graphic industry so I absolutely hope I have some useful contributions to give

for know I choose to post this picture and the story behind it is:
My friend bought this bike around 1999 and the motor supposed to first have been intended for a crosscart and had totally everything done to it, Rumors said around 80-90hp (Yeah right ) but anyway at about 175kph what ALLWAYS is bound to happen actually happened locking rear wheel and well you understand NOT good
The motor got replaced with a brute 2001 600 without E-start and again lot´s of goodies (actually this I can confirm)
My friend never rode this bike again, but I have been drawling over it for over 10years nagging him of when I can get it....
and last autumn I caught him of guard and he let it go
Actually this bike is a bit scary :giggle: and I have as I said been riding for a bit more than a season :furious:
