Ok thanks all for your methods, i`m going to rest my poor foot untill the weekend as i`ve spent all day limping on it, and i can`t face the collapsing in a heap on the floor with dribble and sweat all over the place while my bike looks down in shame at me.. Then i`ll practice the drill, as i`m sure it will be worth it in the end.
