-Regarding my headlight bulb...I checked and I have about 14.1 volts going to the bulb (low and high). The last time it blew, it did when going from low beam to high beam...

We'll see!

Ye, the bulb is included in the kit. It's a pretty easy install.

You should consider getting rid of your stock headlamp bulb. My original bulb blew all of the time, i got sick of replacing it. It was the world biggest POS. I think it was vibration that caused it. Anyway, I went to HDBright and put in one of their HID bulb kits for $80. I've had no more issues and it puts out a lot more light, I can actually see at night now.
Thanks for the info!
Does the kit comes with the hid bulb ?

Thanks![/quote:2yfolqyf]

Just to let you know, I made a few changes to my bike and now it runs great.

I removed the small cylinder in the end cap that so it's like the enduro model now(I think).
I remapped my ecu...I think it's the unrestricted one now (race map).

Now it runs like it should be. It's a little bit louder now (like a enduro bike) but it's not that big of a deal. The bike runs noticeably cooler too. And no more back fire when chopping the throttle.

also, I did not received my replacement headlight bulb, but I noticed that one of the wires (green or brown) was loose, where it connects to the flat connector. So maybe it was loosing connection often (with vibration) and it made the bulb blow...???

I installed an enduro rear fender with a led back light with integrated turn signal...not really legal but it sure looks better than stock and it won't break.

Really happy with the mods and how the bike runs now.

Unless your pipe is a lot different than mine, the removal of the screw in end cap does almost nothing. If you would like to improve the exhaust flow and really improve your cooling, take off the end cap, then you will find a small tube and washer set up blocking 90% of the exhaust from being able to exit. Take a hack saw and cut that off the end cap, and you will have solved your problem. The bike will be louder, but not above the legal decible limit here in the US, I know, it's been tested. It is still quieter than an FMF exhaust and really about the same as the factory exhaust on my 05 KTM 525.

That's exactly what I did...sorry if I wasn't clear enough.

I just discovered that I had another problem with my Husaberg. Sometimes it doesn't want to start at all...the motor doesn't turn. Try, try, try and after 6-7 times it starts. Sometimes it starts the first time. The bike is like this since the beginning. I thought it was a bad connection cuz sometimes the bike will fire right up and sometimes nothing. But after a lot of research and a call to the dealer I found my problem. It's the auto decompressor. If The bike is at TDC it takes a lot of energie to make it turn and it needs the auto decopressor. The dealer will call KTM next week and we'll see. Till then, there's a trick... back up the bike a few inch while in gear, put it back in neutral and it will start no problem. So if it happens to you you'll know what to do and not drain your battery trying to start it.
