Graphics adhesive

Any suggestions for an adhesive that can be used when the graphics start to peel up at the edges? I have tried a lot of different types of adhesives with poor results but have not found anything purpose designed for such a task. I think the biggest issue is that most "glues" are in a liquid state and can't properly dry. New graphics are tacky and do not have to dry in order to stick. Perhaps placing a new clear overlay over the old decal in order to hold it down might work but I would prefer to just reglue it.

You may have some out in the shop. It is quite common in body shops.

This one may be better, but I have never used it.

Ken thats a very good suggestion. I don't have any in the shop right now. These products were used daily by body shops 20 years or so ago as they were the best method of plastic emblem attachment available. Since then double sided adhesive tape has improved vastly. Most recently we don't even clean and retape emblems anymore we just purchase new ones. As I am sure you have experienced first hand the average consumer is spending a larger portion of their income on fancy vehicles and are very anal about them. Plus the time it takes to clean and retape them is sometimes not cost effective. I will order up some and give it a shot. It just may do the trick :)

I have acutally used the product for reapplying peeling graphics on my bikes. It seems to work well and is easy enough to use.

I actually have a 4/5ths used tube of 3M emblem adhesive in my garage and I have used it for errant edges. I've used it for sticking lots of stuff back together 'cause I am "old school" and stuck in my ways. (bad pun, sorry).
The goo is a bit messy and does require a short dry time, but is still about the best stuff around for its intended purpose, but you already know that.
