FR4 time to lay out what's what

Taffy's post here has been deleted, by the force ride 2009 moderator. The following is a response to his post from myself.

So sorry mate, you've complained about the mod's not doing their job in the past, so on and so forth.

Well this time this mod is editing your post, as I have edited others posts in the past that were flaming you. And as such, I will not tolerate such a diatribe directed towards any UHE member.

Seems to me that most folks are not agreeing with your perception of an event that you did not attend. Their responses to your original post in this thread are indicative of that. Be nice, get it back on track to bring forth a productive outcome. I think most of us are somewhat confused as to what it is that you hope to achieve with your thread. All of your questions have been answered, some more forcefully than others.

However, overall, everyone has indicated they had a great time.

Try it again, and this time be respectful. You went way over the top in this case.

i am all for a FR4. and the sooner the better.
clay, the place you talked about in your backyard with the miles of trees and trails, one common bunk area, stage, etc.......
that sounds pretty close to what makes a fr into a FR.
i have been to them all, so this is one of the few times i may actually know what i'm talking about.
it would be cool to get some east added to the west in the NA.
count me in!

You were asked to explain your posts as in the quoted text above from Cypher, and again by Stoveguy, and still you have not.

You made one post regarding FR 3 and it was in the T shirt design. No further input until now.

Your two posts were deleted, because you made assertions that, by anyones account who was there were not true. Therefore, they were deleted b/c they were integrity violations.

Would you care to explain yourself and your previous assertions or not? If not, make your comments in the context of your true presence at "this" event, and make them constructive.

and if you must delete my opinions of her then say it in 10 words and not 100.

as it happens my comments remain pretty much unanswered and if it comes to 'enjoyment' well we enjoyed FR1 and FR2 so its not an argument. stick to my opening statement unless you think i have some kind of hidden agenda?

I am sticking to being a moderator. And for the most part take a pretty much hands off approach. If I feel that I have to do something, I will say it and do it how I see fit. Period. No opinions here, just facts.

In regards to the words I put in your post I left it so you could take my comments out of your post, just click edit and you are free to do what you wish with that particualr post. So if you wish them to go away make it happen.

I will not tolerate blatant integrity violations. Let Arkley answer for himself.

i am all for a FR4. and the sooner the better.

This wouldn't be hard to do. The landowner and campground manager are always looking for some additional income. It would cost us a few bucks for an "entry fee" for the landowner and, if we planned it far enough in advance, we could have the run of the campground. The only catch is that we (motorcycles) share the land with a hunting club. We are off of the property when hunting seasons are in. That means we could be there in January through March and May through August. It's unbelievably hot in the summer so late spring, early summer would probably be best. April is turkey season so sometime in May would be ideal.
Just a word of warning: This area is waaaaay different from anything out west. Personally, I love it but others may not.

The post you deleted said "I was there"...it was ironic (not that you'd understand that) & I was going to follow it up today with...I was there in spirit as I couldn't afford the fare.

TN would be great! :greenjumpers: It is so beautiful, green & lush there. We have ridden in that type of terain a lot just not at the location you are talking about.

You are right Clay, TN riding is waaaay different. Those tight trails through the trees are super fun but definitely get more challanging when it rains. Which it does so frequently in TN. Those slimy sidways roots in the mud always did try to get me down. :lol: but I guess not much would be different with me I always tip over anyway since my feet can't touch the ground. :roll:

Is the entire area there all tight single track or does some of it open up like little quad trails or logging roads? Since I am not even close to being an A+ rider a little bit of openness would be good for me & for any others that are B or C riders.

I Know CY but you gotta laugh.....Thats what I love about this site. Nuances of the English speaking - Yanks / Aussies / Pom's . We all use the same tongue but talk a completely differant language. (PS sorrey for lumping you in with the Poms).

Easy, it was as simple as clicking a mouse button. And for clarification I deleted you, and censored Taffy.

Just for clarification what you said was "I was & agree with Taffy" and then in a following post "I was surrounded by hondayamaktmdom"

Your monday morning quarter backing is also easy. I made my decision based on the information that was available at the time. Next time say what you mean, and mean what you say, and that won't happen. It's that simple. Therefore no apologies are offered, since I do not feel I was in the wrong. If I was I would. So what say you and I agree to put it down to a racing incident and move forward.

And by the way it's a contribution, not a subscription. If you want to pay a subscription go to KTM talk. All that is required here is a registration with no monetary requirements. The sign of a true enthusiast site.

at first i figured your rant was to stir up some discussion.
but as this topic expands, i think that i guessed wrong.
although i support your ability to express your own thoughts, i do not support the tone that you have taken.
i am kind of ashamed actually.
if you would like a detailed reply to your initial post, let me know and i will try to break it down for you.
i'd rather keep working on my posts about the fr3 [yet unreleased] but that can hold if needed.
you are only damaging yourself with the slams.
kick it up a few notches in the character department.
what will probably happen though, is that this will be just another log to throw on the fire.
