FE570 VIN number problem...

Hello,

I want to buy a FE570, but seller have a wrong date of production in papers.
He have writed a 1997' but motorcycle was producting in 2009-2011'.

Here is a vin number:
YU7FE6000V*******

I was searching in some " internet vin checkers" infos and ther is a production year: 1997..., but how? It's FE570...

Bike is imported from USA to Poland.

Maybe somebody can help me and tell something about producting year?
And maybe some more info?

It is posible that somebody who have fe 570 can send me for example vin number?

that vin is for a 90s fe600
yu7....made in sweden

Both my bergs that I've had have started with V as the first letter in the vin number. My first was an 06 and I currently have an '11. Either the current owner doesn't know what he is talking about, or they don't have a 570 and are trying ro pull the wool over your eyes.

The 570 being a ktm produced bike the frame number will always start VBK

FE570 VIN number problem...
