This happened the other week when we were crossing a small road in mid Wales. He (Jason) was clipped by a car , he has been told he will not be able to kick a bike for at least 6 years 8O . He's a good mate and i wish him and his familly the best

Isn't (or at least wasn't!!) that a right foot? He may not be able to kick your average bike, but a 'berg should be OK...

Seriously though, he's probably lucky not to lose the foot. A bloke at work got hit by a car on a bike years ago. He said when he looked up the bottom part of his leg was still attached to the car. The rest of him wasn't.

Hope he recovers as completely as possible.
