LINEAWEAVER said:Gentlemen,
No need to lock the thread.
Frog (whom is a challenge to say the least) posted something nice about me.
Frog did indeed say something nice about your work and it's obvious that most people here including myself, agree with the title of this thread.
Log interjected that Rick can start a Husaberg by hand.
In reference to Frog's barefoot kickstart comment. (I was impressed).
I simply found such to be unlikely with a bike such as Froggy's and in so many words stated such.
So many words? "I would pay to see anyone including comic book heros hand-start a pre kokusan ignition Husaberg."
I'm a man of honesty and integrity so I took the "comic book hero" statement as you questioning my honesty. I don't take lightly to being called a liar regardless of how subtly it's done.
Log made a few feeble jabs regarding my products and then provided a back peddle accusation.
Feeble jabs? Dismiss my honesty and you've opened yourself up to a few good hooks. At least no blackeyes ensued!
Log was even so bold as to take a poke @ my beloved 'Blues" music. Blasphemy!
Ahhh, the blues! No poke intended there.
Mr. Log seems to have the (wood) chip on his shoulder as opposed to I and / or Rick Bozarth. (pun intended)
Chip on my shoulder? What irony!
Truthfully and for the most part I simply treat such silly threads as part of my ongoing education regarding human behavior.
As do I. I obviously have alot to learn in this department to say the least. Reading between the lines and understanding that people don't always mean what they say are also worthy skills to be found in my evolving education.
Such threads also provide a means for sharpening ones wit.
No sharpening needed in your corner.
Sincerely,
Dale
PS
Log, your woodwork truly is incredible.
Thank you Dale and Keith for your kind words and compliments!
