I was looking at this light 18w LED Work Light Tractor offroad led drive light Truck Motorcycle SUV ATV fog 12v spotlight External Light Save on 27w 20w-in Lights & Indicators from Automobiles & Motorcycles on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group

And I wonder witch light pattern/beam I should get.
The two I can selcet are:
Lightpattern: Spot beam: 8 degree
Light way: strong and far

Lightpattern: Flood beam: 90 degree
Light way: wide flood

I will use this with the Skene IQ-175 Intelligent Lighting Controller.
Skene IQ-175 Intelligent Lighting Controller (smart dimmer) | MondoMotos Motorcycle Lighting, LED Lighting and Accessories

I will cut my own holder and frame til this light.

But I don't know if I should get 8 degree strong and far or 90 degree wide flood!?!

Any input would be nice! :)

Regards

Have you checked out the Cyclops Penetrator LED 600 and 310? I am planning on replacing my KX's Polisport mmx with the 325. Whats really nice about them is how strong the housing is. Plus, you can mount directly on the handlebars.

The 325 has three LED's with a 25 degree beam pattern and only uses 15W of power "You can also get a 10 degree". The 600 series come with three options. You can do a 10 degree beam, a 25 degree beam or a 25 degree with a 10 degree center. That's allot of light for only 30W.

But, that light dose look interesting. Are you planning on mounting it directly inside you're front number plate? Let me know which route you go I would love to hear the results.

I ordered the 90 degree. Not to expensive and I will see how that will work, and then maybe I order 2x visionX if that works better. I have a road legal Husaberg, but the light is crap. :)

The Cyclops Penetrator LED 600 is to big. But I do like the other options with different degree beam. :)

I will mount my light inside my front number plate. The light I have now is ok.
I switched to a LED light and my low light is over twice as good as the original. But my high beam will light up the top of the trees. So the LED and the original Husaberg reflector does not fit so good.
