for the "Old" pre 2009 bikes it aint gonna happen now, no one will invest the effort for a superseded model.
BUT the Husaberg Rallye Racing team are working on it for the new 2009 bikes, should have the answer by Christmas, a new 2009 bike is going to a leading Aussie long range tank manufacturer in November to see what can be made, the target is 23-25L.
Watch this space !

anyone know where to get a ready made aluminium cap and thread "bung" to weld into a homemade allly tank ?

I have just e-mailed for a price on the 15 litre Clark tank.
Can I get one from Australia for a cheaper price sent to New Zealand?
It seems really expensive to come from the USA as I am paying over $60 USD in shipping?

Black fuel tanks...Husaberg
Hello there.
I live in NZ and want a fuel tank for my bike. a 15 litre one...
I have a 2004 and a 2005. I hear that the 2004 will need a modifying of the kick start lever. Will the 2005 need this or will it fir on. I don't have the bike as yet so I cannot compare the two models.
If you can help, that would be great as I am looking at extending the range of one of the bikes for adventures...
