It makes a crunching sound only when I take off from dead stop. It doesnt do it everytime tho. Other then that bike rides perfect. So far I've replaced clutch discs and steel discs. I've ordered part no. 17, 16 x2, 7, 9, 18, 19, 67, 68 and I have new outer and inner hubs with pressure plate on the way. I'm trying to figure out why this happens so I can prevent it in the future. Anyone encountered this problem?
